3rd postponement (28 October 2020) : from March 2021 to August/September 2021

As things continue to be very uncertain in many countries worldwide, it has been decided to further postpone the 40^th ISICEM to hold a physical meeting on August 31 – September 3, 2021.

Travex is in relation with the hotels to move the hotel bookings you made through us at no cost.

We kindly ask you to give us a little time to clarify this situation with the hotels as many of them are currently working with very limited staff or are temporarily closed.

When confirmed by each hotel, your hotel room will be automatically rebooked in Augustus/September 2021 according to your initial booking dates (i.e booking March 15-19, 2021 = AUG 30-SEPT 3,2021).

In the case it is not possible for you to attend the ISICEM in AUG/SEPT 2021, kindly inform Travex. The reimbursement will be processed using the original mean of payment as soon as the hotel room is reallocated to another participant.

You have also the possibility to be replaced (change of name) at no cost.

2nd postponement (15 May 2020) : from September 2020 to March 2021

As the global situation related to SARS-CoV-2 looks set to remain uncertain for some time to come, we have made the very difficult decision to postpone the 40th ISICEM until next year, March 16-19, 2021.

Travex is in relation with the hotels to move the hotel bookings you made through us at no cost.

All the hotels understood the specific situation and accepted to move your hotel room bookings and payments at no cost to March 2021.

1st postponement  (9 March 2020) : from March 2020 to September 2020

For the participants having booked a room in March : Travex negotiated with the hotels the possibility to move the hotel bookings you made through us at no cost.

YOUR HOTEL ROOM IS AUTOMATICALLY REBOOKED IN SEPTEMBER ACCORDING TO YOUR INITIAL BOOKING DATES (i.e booking March 23-27, 2020 = September 14-18,2020)

In the case it is not possible for you to attend the ISICEM in September, kindly inform Travex. The reimbursement will be processed using the original mean of payment as soon as the hotel room is reallocated to another participant (see below original conditions for the rooms booked in March).

Cancellation of the entire stay and stay shortening (individuals) for the rooms booked in MARCH 2020

Our rates and conditions are based on group contracts. So the cancellation policy varies from an hotel to another. Do not hesitate to contact us for more info. By default :

Cancellation before January 1, 2020: NO cancellation fee.*
Between January 1 and January 15, 2020: 25% cancellation fee.*
Between January 15 and February 15, 2020: 50% cancellation fee.*
Between February 15 and February 29, 2020: 75% cancellation fee.*
From March 1, 2020: 100% cancellation fee.*

* Unless the room is subsequently resold by Travex
